Program Latihan Khidmat Negara (PLKN)

Program Latihan Khidmat Negara is a Malaysia's national service program. The conscripts are selectively drafted among form5 students. The three-months program which started in the 3rd of January 2003,began as way to encourage unity among youths of certain ages from different races and ethnic groups concerns that the country's various races were becoming increasingly isolated from one another.

Objectives of PLKN
-Develop a young generation who are patriotic and with love and devotion for their country.(LIKE ME^^)
-Enhance a unity among the multiracial communities in the country.
-Instill a spirit of caring and volunteerism among society.
-Produce an active,intelligent and confident generation.(join CIA)
-Develop positive characteristics among the younger generation through good value.
-Develop a generation that is obedient and loyal to the government.(say only,i'm DAP)

I was in my physics tuition class..

my friend were all busy checking the selection of PLKN via sms..so did I,

14 people checked, 12 selected including me. WTF?!!

everyone kept saying this must be "诈骗集团"

I was so devastated and felt like killing Najib the shit!

I dislike PLKN I hate PLKN and and PLKN is totally wasting of time..

But what to do?? I have to attend.

A new fresh year 2011, I attended PLKN...( >.<)

my mom and my cousins sent me to Rakan Muda..

I'm so thankful to them..

but before I got in the bus,the scene was so anguishing..she cried,he cried,I cried

and everyone cried...=.=

well..it's quite difficult for me to adapt a new environment in a new place...

First i step into dorm,i shouted,OH MY GOD!!

Oh Christ..the pillow and bed are all black in colour..

okay...the first month we spend on character building classes...

boring...meaningless..but sometimes it brings fun(if u get involved la..)

we have 2 main objectives mainly for boy and girl..

Boys enter class is either to peep gals or sleep,meanwhile girls will sleep throughout the class..

the lecturer and teachers all syok sendiri,

sendiri teach sendiri and we all sleeping..

isn't that funny??

everyday spicy,spicy and spicy plus salty...

imagine we have 553 trainees,everyone lining up for lunch..how long should i wait??

okay,i get my food and sit down. I eat the rice like eating steamboat...

Later on,I turn to vegetarian,less people,EASIER.

Muslim solat subuh, non-muslim also have to follow them solat pagi...(E-DIOT)

we wake up at 5.30am everyday and we off our light at 12.00am..

early in the morning,people sleep until syok syok and the coach go and spray water on our face...

NO BRAIN!

after bathing, we'll go PT pagi (physical training) at 6.30am..

Usually we sing Negaraku first, followed by Lagu Khidmat Negara  and Lagu 1Malaysia b4 we get started..

but actually, we are sleeping while singing...xDDDDD

so,no sound effect one...^^

What are the biggest communication problems? Can anyone answer? Jimmy will answer.

What is meant by communication?
Communication is the process whereby speech, signs or actions transmit information from one person to another. This definition is concise and definitive but doesn’t include all the aspects of communication. There are other definitions, which state that communication involves transmitting information from one party to another. This broader definition doesn’t require that the receiving party obtain a full understanding of the message. Of course, communication is better when both parties understand,but it can still exist even without that component. 


Effective communication

Effective communication is the key to any successful relationship. So much more so is this true for couples. However, for one reason or another, many couples have run into communication barriers, that have presented major problems and concerns for them.

There are at least six major communication problems faced by couples of all types. These include, but are not limited to:

Different Communication Techniques

It's a fact of life, men and women communicate differently. It's no wonder the phrase was coined, "men are from Mars, women are from Venus."

Men tend to communicate with the purpose of solving the problem at hand. Whereas, women tend to communicate with the purpose of simply finding an outlet for expressing their feelings.

More often then not, women aren't looking for the solution to the problem at that moment, they just want their feelings and concerns listened to.

Communicating Without Really Listening

Both men and women do it. We are so eager to get our point across, that we fall into the trap of talking without listening. We may hear the words coming out of our partners mouth, but hearing and listening aren't the same.

While one can actually hear what is being said; even while they are speaking, it takes being silent and making eye contact to begin actively listening to what's truly being said.

The Silent Treatment

Although such a reaction is extremely childish, we've all been guilty of it at least once in our adult life. Whether it's motivated by anger, disappointment, or stubbornness, resorting to the silent treatment is just one of the biggest communication problems faced by couples.

Fixation On Winning An Argument

No one person is right all of the time. However, when one's ideas, opinions, or feelings are placed above the opinions of others, winning the argument takes precedent over finding an effective solution.

Outside Influences

Whether it be friends, family members, or acquaintances, constantly involving outside opinions, is a recipe for disaster, Although these may be well meaning individuals, and the advice is coming from a "good place", it can often complicate (or add to the complication) the problems even further.

Being Dishonest

"Honesty is the best policy", so goes the old adage. Especially is this so in a relationship. Once couples start lying to each other, the structure and the fabric of the relationship is compromised.

It has been five years I studied in KE VII school. A sudden leaving makes me feel sorrow and unwilling. Lamentable feeling or mix feeling appears in my mind after i leave this school. How could this happen to me?? By right I should feel happy and free. A school that you can get along with teachers and 'crazy' friends are extremely important if you want to live under a mirthful ambience. Education,dedication and excellent teaching skills are provided in the school(although not every teacher is well trained and disciplined), high-achieving in sports and uniform units are the proudest thing among our school's events. We have won a lot of medals and trophies majoring in rugby game and marching competition. For greater achievement, edwardian scouts participated International World Jamboree Camp which is officially installed by our Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

My Impressed Teacher

For your knowledge,majority of Chinese is very good in mathematics. Sadly, im not in the part of them.

A disappointment after another, i almost give up in doing maths. "Add maths banyak algebra, saya go gaga lo", a phrase which i always recite when facing difficult question.

  ( Mr.Zulkifli, add maths teacher,guru kelas 5sains2. He will ask whether he is handsome enough or not everytime we take his picture)

    Over the past few months, Madam Ang(my mom) was asked to see my class teacher due to my poor grading of  add maths result . Although it is not a big deal but, I did take it seriously because I was worried that my teacher would "add oil add salt" when complaining to my mom. Surprisingly, he didn't even scold me a single harsh word, on the contrary i was requested to attend private tuition class in his house. Although he is a Malay but his teaching is totally fantastic and easy to understand. Starting from that day, my add maths mark increased drastically. I am so thankful to him.

    Another interesting story. An indian boy named viknesh, we often call him chandran just to tease his father's name.. Of course a good student shouldn't do that, but we are forced to do so because we really can't bear his attiude likes to "talk big" which behaves exactly like his dad. Haha...he tells us that his brother live in Carlifornia, USA, own a sport car which will change a new brand in every six months, works as a director under software and computing bureau of EA games. In fact, we never see his brother before or maybe his brother is just a fictional character. So, does this sound ridiculous?? I SAY YES! To make things worse, he claimed that he will go back to New York City during school holidays. Really oh may god!! Due to his attitude which likes to act pro, our add maths teacher often teases him with the call of " budak new york". It sounds extremely sarcastic.Anyway, it brings fun and to all of us.We laughed loudly like a kid watching Mr.Bean show. Without the "budak new york"'s presence,there will be no joys among 5 Sc2 crew.

 This girl is named Lau Houy Sun. We called her Sun jie(sister sun). This person is peculiar because I never see her looks sad but cheerful all the times. Her sweet smiling attracted everyone. Friendly,charming and mild manner which can easily get along with boys and girls and even pondan(joking). She is also one of the top students in my school in the class of Pra2-U Akaun.

 This gang is known as gang surau. JimmyCCS(white pant ,squad down) is also one of the members.The place is outside our school chapel. The intention of taking this photo is to show a true unity among races,followed by 1Malaysia concept.

 Loh Kok Keong, ah Keong a.k.a Richard Loh. Prefect,Exco of block EFG. A responsible, smart,and strict person but a bit shy to girl. He served the prefectorial board for almost 5 years. He has also been awarded tiger of the year by winning a lot of trophies based on Mathematics Quiz, academically excellent and good behaviour.

 There is a slightly different in pattern of the neck ties. The center two,third and forth,are for normal student with the feature of double strips on the surface the neck tie. Meanwhile,a pattern of double strips with little tigers are honoured to prefects which committed to run their duty all the time.

 Yein Ooi is a new student to my school lower6 classes intake. She is so shy to the camera. This photo was taken when she came to to my class sitting next to me. But actually she ponteng class(hahahaha...). Anyway, she is friendly and warm.

 Two prefects are guarding the second gate. They are form5 prefects substitute the absence of form4 prefects. Although it is about end of schooling day, but the prefects are still steadfast in duty.Well done!

Mohd. Khairi,Exco of block AB. His personal style is cool and steady. One of the favourite students among the teachers. If anything reported lost, GO FIND HIM.

Thunesh,Deputy headboy of KE VII school. He speaks a very good and fluent English and has potential to get band 6 in MUET if he plans to study form6. One of my loyal friends.

 Every teacher is busying taking attendence in roll-call BUT I ACCIDENTALLY SNAP a group of discipline teachers are "having breakfast" in the school canteen. By right,they should take their cane and patrol around the school.(kononnya guru DISIPLIN).
